ETA Concierge is a service of Essential Transport Assistance, the family-owned South Florida non-emergency medical transportation company. But the story starts long before that.
ETA co-founder Blake Yturralde, a paramedic, has spent more than twenty years in emergency care and the worldwide air medical transport business, coordinating air ambulance flights and commercial airline medical escorts, repatriating patients across continents, and working bedside to bedside with hospitals, insurers, and flight crews around the world.
He also founded Commercial Medical Escorts, which has provided a medical escort for the flight home to patients on commercial airlines since 2006. When a trip involves a flight, ETA Concierge handles the ground and CME can arrange the escort in the air.
That experience, moving fragile patients across oceans, navigating unfamiliar health systems, meeting people at their most vulnerable, is what shapes every ETA Concierge engagement, no matter how close or short the trip.
