Will the return ride really be there when treatment ends?
Yes. The return is scheduled as part of the trip, and we plan for the reality that sessions sometimes run long. Your driver is there when you are ready, and you are never left waiting at the center exhausted.
Do you take wheelchair patients to dialysis?
Yes. We run lift-equipped wheelchair vans and ambulatory service on dialysis routes. Many passengers start ambulatory and switch to the wheelchair van later, and the schedule simply continues.
