Getting to an appointment in a wheelchair should not be the hardest part of the day. Our vans are built for it: a hydraulic lift or ramp brings you aboard in your own chair, and your attendant secures it to the floor at four points before we go anywhere. No transfers into a car seat, no folding the chair into a trunk, no guessing whether the driver will help.
Assistance is door through door, not curb to curb. We come inside, help you out of the house, and at the other end we walk with you through the front door and check-in. We price by the mile with tolls included, so a short trip across Coral Springs sits near the starting price and a run from Boca Raton to a specialist in Fort Lauderdale costs more. Round trips and wait-and-return trips are quoted together for the best value.

Broward first, then the coast from Boca to Miami
Broward County. Our vans start the day in Coral Springs, so a Broward pickup is the shortest notice we can take. The trips we run most are to Broward Health and the Memorial and HCA hospitals from Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek, Tamarac, Plantation, and Pembroke Pines, plus the dialysis centers, rehab facilities, and 55-plus communities in between.
Southern Palm Beach County. Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach are a large share of our wheelchair work, much of it from gated communities like Century Village, Kings Point, and Boca West, where we clear the rider’s name with the gate before the driver arrives. Rides to Boca Raton Regional, Delray Medical Center, Bethesda, and the Lynn Cancer Institute are routine.
Miami-Dade. We run to Jackson, UHealth, Mount Sinai, and Aventura Hospital from Miami, Miami Beach, Aventura, and Hallandale Beach, and we plan those trips around the causeways and rush hour so your rider arrives with time to check in.
Airport runs to Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Palm Beach (PBI), and Miami (MIA) work the same way, with the attendant helping from your door to the terminal entrance, or meeting an arriving rider there. Seasonal residents can set up the whole season in one call. We also run standing rides to church and temple and to therapy and rehab appointments.
A rideshare cannot put a lift in a sedan

Most calls are for one trip: a specialist visit, a hospital discharge, an outpatient procedure with a will-call ride home, a family event. You book it, we drive it, and there is no membership, contract, or minimum.
The rest are standing orders. Dialysis three times a week, radiation every weekday, physical therapy, adult day care, Shabbat or Sunday services. Give dispatch the schedule once and it stays on our books with the same team, so nobody re-books each time. Dialysis standing orders are priced the same every visit.

How much does wheelchair transportation cost?
Local one-way wheelchair rides start at $110, with mileage and tolls included. Distance, a round trip, waiting beyond the first free 15 minutes, stairs, and trips at night, on weekends, or on holidays affect the price, and all of it is in the quote you hear on the phone before you book. We are private pay and also set up account billing for facilities.
Can I book a wheelchair taxi in Fort Lauderdale for a single ride?
Yes. A single one-way or round trip is the most common thing we do, with no membership and no contract. Call dispatch with the pickup address and the time you need to arrive, and we send a lift-equipped van with an attendant. We cover Fort Lauderdale and every city in Broward County from our base in Coral Springs.
Can I stay in my own wheelchair during the ride?
Yes. Riding in your own chair is the standard way we transport wheelchair passengers. The chair is secured to the vehicle floor at four points and the attendant checks every strap before the van moves.
Do you transport power wheelchairs and scooters?
In most cases yes. Tell dispatch the type of chair or scooter when you book so we send the right vehicle and plan the lift and securement correctly. Oxygen rides along with you, and if your loved one needs a bariatric chair or extra help, say so and we plan for it.
Do you do wheelchair rides to Fort Lauderdale airport?
Yes. We take riders to and from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL), and Palm Beach (PBI) and Miami (MIA) as well. The attendant helps from your door to the terminal entrance, or meets an arriving rider there and brings them home. Many of our seasonal residents book this for the start and end of the winter.

All of them. Coral Springs is home base, and our most frequent wheelchair pickups are in Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek, Tamarac, Margate, Plantation, Sunrise, Davie, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, and Hallandale Beach. Do you provide wheelchair transportation in Miami and Miami-Dade?
Yes. We serve all of Miami-Dade, including Miami, Miami Beach, Hialeah, Kendall, Aventura, Doral, and Coral Gables, along with Broward and Palm Beach counties. Trips that cross a county line, like Miami to a specialist in Fort Lauderdale, are quoted the same way, by distance, with the price confirmed before you book.
Is this private wheelchair transport, or do I need a broker or insurance?
It is private, direct-booked wheelchair transport. You call us and you ride with us, with no broker or call center in between. We are private pay with cash and major cards. If you have a Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance plan that covers rides, coverage varies by plan, so call us and we will walk through your options.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Book as early as you can, especially for morning appointments. That said, we take same-day and short-notice trips whenever availability allows, and a Broward pickup is the easiest one for us to fit in, so it never hurts to call.
