What counts as ambulatory transportation?

It is service for passengers who can walk with little or no assistance but should not be making the trip alone. You get a professional driver, help in and out of the vehicle, and a schedule built around your appointment.

How is this different from Uber or Lyft?

The differences show up when they matter. Our drivers are background checked, trained to assist, and expected to help, not just drive. Your ride is confirmed in advance rather than found at the last minute, the driver waits if your appointment runs long, and if anything changes you call a dispatcher who knows your booking.

Can the driver wait during my appointment and take me home?

Yes. Wait-and-return is one of our most popular options. One booking covers both directions and we stay nearby through the appointment.

I just had a procedure and cannot drive myself home. Can you help?

Yes, this is one of the most common trips we do. Surgery centers require a responsible ride home after anesthesia, and rideshares often do not qualify. Book us for the pickup and we will get you home comfortably.

Can someone walk me all the way inside?

Standard ambulatory service is door to door with a steady hand in and out of the vehicle. If you want an attendant through check-in, or someone to stay for the whole visit, ask about door-through-door service or ETA Concierge when you book.

What does an ambulatory ride cost?

Trips are quoted individually by distance, one way or round trip, and any wait time, with the full price given on the phone before you book. No surge pricing, no cancellation roulette, no hidden fees.
